Phil Gallagher has been absolutely fantastic with his professionalism, service and price. I spoke to 3 separate Real Estates for the sale of my property and Phil quoted me well above the sale price of the other 2 competitors and he walked the walk and talked the talk. As I don't live local what Phil did to assist to prepare the house for sale and the settlement conditions was fantastic as I didn't need to employ anyone to do this for me.
